  • Yes! I only use metals least likely to cause a reaction in sensitive ears.

    Titanium:
    Unlike cheaper metals labelled "hypoallergenic," these are unalloyed pure titanium, nickel-free, and have no trace of irritating metals. Titanium is non-reactive, very biocompatible, and is used in medical implants. Only 0.6% of people are allergic to titanium.

    Niobium:
    Like titanium, niobium is non-reactive. It is a pure, unalloyed element with no fillers added. To get the gold tone, they have been anodized by passing electrical current through the wire, so no additional materials are used in their production.

  • Polymer clay is very lightweight and flexible. On average, the largest of my earrings weigh between 0.1 and 0.2 oz. Light as a feather!

  • Store in a clean, dry place away from direct light. Avoid exposing to perfumes and lotions, as these can damage polymer clay over time. Gently clean make up, dirt or oil buildup with soap and water. Please avoid using solvents such as nail polish or alcohol. Remove before sleeping, swimming or showering.

    Polymer clay is a durable and flexible material, but please treat your pieces with care. Don’t try to bend it to see how far it will go – this may break it! If both pairs of silicone backs get lost, any earring backs you may have will also work.

  • Most earrings can be fitted with clip-ons. Post designs will be slightly larger at the earlobe, as the clip-on itself is larger than a typical post, but for most earrings it is doable at no extra charge. Feel free to send me a note with your order, or inquire beforehand to be sure.

  • AS OF DECEMBER 19, 2024, CANADA POST IS ACCEPTING MAIL AGAIN. PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS WHILE THEY WORK THROUGH THE BACKLOG. ALTERNATIVES WITH SENDLE AND COURIERS ARE STILL AVAILABLE AS FASTER OPTIONS THAT COME WITH TRACKING.

    All packages will be shipped in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.

    Canada: To keep your shipping costs low, standard shipping is sent as Oversized Letter Mail, and does NOT come with tracking or insurance. This is at your own risk. If you wish to add tracking and insurance, please select from shipping options. 3-8 business days under normal circumstances. Express and tracked options available.

    United States - Your packages are sent using a courier (DYK Post) that delivers daily to Sweetgrass, MT, and USPS from there. Standard shipping is USPS Ground Advantage. Includes tracking, $100 insurance, and takes 3-6 business days. If you require faster shipping, please choose Priority.

    Australia and New Zealand: Tracked International Package, 2-6 weeks. Express option available.

    UK and European Countries: Tracked International Package, 11-14 business days. Express option available.

    *** As of December 13, 2024 I am no longer able to ship to the EU and Northern Ireland due to the new GPSR regulations. ***

    Singapore, Japan, and Malaysia: Tracked International Package. Express option available.

    Customs and import taxes :

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • Cancellations will be accepted until the item has shipped.

    Return Policy

    • Request to return must be made within 14 days of delivery. Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery. No refund on custom orders.

    • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to my Canadian address as discussed at the time of requesting a refund.

    • Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.

    • Item price paid will be refunded upon receipt of the return.
