These penguin earrings are little artistic vignettes that have been delicately sculpted from polymer clay. Set in an Antarctic ocean landscape, quirky little penguins stand on ice floes floating in icy waters. Intricately detailed and one of a kind, they are a great gift for an animal lover, naturalist, winter or polar enthusiast, friend, loved one, or yourself.
All designs are 100% handmade using the highest quality polymer clay.
POSTS:
Many children and adults are sensitive to cheap metals. Titanium earring posts make these as allergy friendly as possible without the expense of pure gold. Only 0.6% of people are allergic to titanium, so it is safe for even the most sensitive ears. Unlike cheaper metals, these are unalloyed pure titanium, nickel-free, and have no trace of irritating metals. Posts are buried in the stud using liquid polymer clay and re-baked for maximum comfort.
BACKS:
Backs are made of clear silicone. I do not use any metal butterflies due to metal sensitivities, as even those labelled hypoallergenic cause reactions for a lot of people. Two sets of clear silicone backs are included to ensure there is an extra set if one goes missing.
