These photosynthesis and cellular respiration earrings are a very "Miss Frizzle" style representation of two of our natural world's most ubiquitous processes. They have everything from the sites where these processes take place in cells: the chloroplast with its significant components (stroma, inner and outer membrane, thylakoid and lumen), the mitochondria (inner and outer membranes, intermembrane space, cristae and matrix), as well as what each process uses and what it produces (O2, sugar, CO2, water and energy).
